1. You guys should add some subbed series.

2.How can I contact site staff?
Look at our Meet the Team page on Just Anime Network for assistance on how to contact the network administrators. Things such as broken videos, suggestions, or questions can be posted in our forums.
3. Broken Episodes?
JustDubs has over 4000 videos and counting. We don't have the time to go through each one of our videos to check if it's working, so if you happen to stumble across a video that has an audio lag, or isn't showing up please contact us. You can either report it in our forums or send an email to broken@justdubs.net
4. When will new episodes be added?
All of our series are complete, we do not add partial series unless the other seasons are subbed. If a series does not have all its episodes that just means it is currently ongoing and will most likely get new episodes once a week. Naruto = 1 new episode each Sunday. Bleach = 1 new episode each Sunday. Code Geass = 1 new episode each Friday. Gundam 00 = 2 new episodes each Tuesday. .
5. Why hasn't my request been added yet?
Please be patient, we get numerous requests a week for multiple series and the ones which get added are chosen by random. If we cannot find all the episodes for the entire season/series then we won't add it. So the chances of your pick being added depends on availability and request rate as well.
6. It says the video does not work in my region?
We are aware that not everyone in specific regions are able to use certain video players. People experience issues with Veoh and iMeem videos. Veoh is the number one problem. They are dropping certain regions due to the fact that they may be a lower-class country. Unfortunately if this happens there is not much we can do since we only simply embed them. Our only suggestion would be to search elsewhere for the videos on alternate websites. Sorry, but we add whatever we see works and hope it does for others too.
7. Why are there some subbed things when this is a DUB site?
Usually the only thing you will ever come across subbed is either movies or OVAs. If there is an episode or two subbed that just means we were unable to locate the dubbed version, and have put a subbed version in its place until we are able to replace it.
8. When will Naruto Shippudden be dubbed?
The exact date is not entirely certain, rumors are they have begun to dub it. Since the regular series is nearing it's end of fillers (last episode = 220), Shippudden should be showing up hopefully soon sometime in early 2009.
9. Why do you guys use MegaVideo so often, especially since it has the time limit?
Videos are removed constantly and MegaVideo seems to be the only video host that rarely removes anime uploaded videos. MegaVideo also has certain features that allows the user to upload anime at a much faster pace. We try to avoid MegaVideo, but a lot of times it seems that it's the only video host that hasn't removed a certain series. You can find ways to bypass the MegaVideo time limit on our Video Troubles page.
10. Isn't what you're doing illegal?
No. All we do, is provide links to anime uploaded videos that are hosted off of our server. We are not hosting the videos or claiming that we own them. We give all credit to the original creator of the series. The only people that should be accountable for the videos are the uploaders and the video hosts.
11. Who created the background image?
