1. How do I play the video?
Do not press the advertisements as you may be tempted to. Instead press the "Close Ad and Watch as Free User" button as indicated by this picture.
2. Videos are loading really slow. What do I do?
This is probably just a temporary issue with PutLocker. If you believe it's your computer, try restarting your browser or checking if any unnecessary programs are running.
3. I see an error message that says, "This file is temporarily disabled (but not deleted). Try again later"?
Putlocker videos that say "This file is temporary disabled (but not deleted). Try again a bit later." are not deleted they are disabled because the servers are being worked on. If you click the link on the player you will see the maintenance message, but there is a download link for premium users ($5.99 only) if you don't have premium use the mirror, that is what it is there for. We will not be fixing these links as they are not broken, there is also no way that we can tell you when they will be back up. But they do indeed come back eventually.
4. I don't see a fullscreen button?
Sometimes this player does not display the fullscreen button. If this happens, refresh the page until it loads.
5. I was prompted on how much local storage I should allow?
Video players from Putlocker tend to to need more temporary storage space on your PC due to the resources needed for the latst softwares. If prompted to increase memory space for "putlocker.com" drag the slider to the "unlimited" option to the right so as not to be prompted again.
1. It says "Video Not Found". What am I supposed to do?
The "video not found" message is the default error message for JWplayer on UploadC if the player has problems. The most common reason you get this message is because you have more then 2 UploadC videos downloading/buffering at once. This is to stop you from leeching too much bandwidth from the server so do not try to load more than 2 UploadC videos at once. If you are not loading more than 2 videos and you are still getting this message then it is in fact a broken video and needs to be reported.
2. I was prompted on how much local storage I should allow?
Video players from Uploadc tend to to need more temporary storage space on your PC due to the resources needed for the latest softwares. If prompted to increase memory space for "uploadc.com" drag the slider to the "unlimited" option to the right so as not to be prompted again.
1. The player does not stop buffering and appears as though it is loading the entire time?
This is an issue with Veevr. Clear your cache, restart your browser, and play the video again. If it does not work, please report it.
